Cannot Book Netherlands Visa Appointment at VFS Global Istanbul for 3 Months

For the past three months, I have been trying to secure a Netherlands visa appointment through the VFS Global Istanbul application center, but it has been impossible. Every single day, I log into the system multiple times, yet no appointments ever appear. Many of my friends and colleagues are facing the same issue. Despite this, I keep hearing that certain agencies and third-party brokers are selling appointments for a fee.

This situation is both unethical and unfair. It leaves genuine applicants like me without access, while opportunistic intermediaries exploit the system. As someone who has successfully obtained a Netherlands visa multiple times in the past, I find it shocking and frustrating that the system is now so unreliable and non-transparent.

When I reached out to VFS Global customer service, I only received generic automated replies with no real assistance or solution. This lack of accountability further increases applicant frustration and damages trust in the visa application process.

I am formally requesting the following:

The restoration of a fair and transparent appointment booking system.

Proper monitoring and action against agencies and brokers that claim to sell appointments.

An effective customer support response rather than automated messages.

Visa applicants deserve equal, transparent access to appointments without being forced to rely on unethical intermediaries. I urge VFS Global and the Netherlands Consulate in Istanbul to address this issue immediately.
