For nearly one month, I have been trying to book a Bulgarian visa appointment through the VFS Global Bulgaria online portal. However, every single time I attempt to proceed—even before reaching the payment step—I receive an error stating “your account is locked”, and the system automatically logs me out. Despite repeated attempts, I have been unable to secure an appointment, leaving me completely stuck in the application process.
I contacted VFS Global customer service for assistance, but no solution was offered. I was simply told to "wait," which is unacceptable given the urgency of visa applications and travel planning.
This ongoing technical failure has caused serious inconvenience, wasted time, and major disruption to my travel plans. A system error that persists for weeks without resolution not only undermines trust in VFS Global’s services but also creates unnecessary stress for applicants.
I am requesting the following:
My account to be immediately unlocked and restored.
The technical issue to be permanently fixed so that I—and other applicants—can successfully book visa appointments.
Real customer support, not generic responses, to resolve time-sensitive visa issues.
It is unreasonable for such a critical visa process to be blocked by recurring technical problems without accountability. I urge VFS Global to resolve this issue immediately and ensure no other applicants face the same difficulties.
