I Report VFS Global Istanbul For Broken Bulgaria Visa Appointment System

I am experiencing a serious problem with VFS Global’s Bulgaria visa application system in Istanbul. The appointment system, which opens only once a week, constantly crashes, and despite numerous attempts I have been unable to secure an appointment. During my last attempt, the system even displayed a message saying “your user is locked.” I reported the issue to VFS Global’s customer service, but I was only told to submit it through the website. However, the “contact us” section does not work, and I cannot obtain any application or reference number. Because of this broken appointment system, I am unable to proceed with my visa application and continue to face unnecessary delays and stress. I demand that the system be fixed urgently and that proper measures be taken to prevent users from suffering such issues in the future.
