Vestel Made Me Replace the Same Refrigerator Mainboard Twice

On 01/07/2021, we purchased a Vestel NF52001 model refrigerator. Approximately two years after the purchase, the mainboard (motherboard) of the product was replaced free of charge due to a malfunction. Recently, I noticed that the refrigerator was forming excessive frost, so I contacted the authorized service center for assistance. However, neither the call center representative nor the service technician informed me that the mainboard had previously been replaced. The technician who came to inspect the refrigerator informed me that the mainboard was faulty and needed to be replaced, which I approved based on the information provided. Later, when I discussed the situation with my family, I learned that the mainboard had already been replaced free of charge about two years ago. It is unacceptable that a mainboard would require replacement every two years. This situation clearly indicates a defective product. Instead of offering a full replacement of the faulty refrigerator, the issue was merely addressed by changing the mainboard. I have all the relevant invoices and documents, and I would like to inform you that I intend to submit an application to the Consumer Arbitration Board regarding this matter. I kindly request that the necessary action be taken.
