Vestel Failed to Replace My NFK72022 No Frost Fridge Despite Ongoing Warranty

I have a Vestel NFK72022 e Gı Pro WiFi 650-liter No-Frost refrigerator, or a similar older model. Its warranty is valid until 2026. I filed a service request on March 16, 2025. On March 17, 2025, the technician who came said there was a circuit board issue, and we had to wait for a replacement part from the factory. About a week later, the part arrived. However, a day after it was installed, the issue persisted. A few days later, another technician came and said the problem was not with the board but a gas leak, and that the refrigerator would need to be replaced. Due to the holiday period, the replacement has not yet been provided. The response I keep getting is that the factory is waiting for the product to be restocked, meaning they are waiting for new production. In similar cases, other companies source the same or a higher model from any store where it's available and send it to the customer. I had a similar issue with a German brand washing machine, and I received a higher model within a week. I chose Vestel because it’s one of the biggest brands in our country, so experiencing such a problem is truly disappointing. I spent half of Ramadan and the entire holiday period without a refrigerator, and the supply timeline is still unclear—officials cannot provide any definitive information. This negative experience has seriously shaken my trust in the brand. On top of that, despite being the workplace doctor for the Avcılar branch of the brand, the way I was treated has pushed me even further away from Vestel.
