Persistent Issues with My Vestel NF6402 E A++ Refrigerator. I Demand Replacement

I purchased a 650-liter Vestel NF6402 E A++ refrigerator in May 2021. Since then, I've experienced constant malfunctions requiring repeated service interventions, but no replacement has been offered. Here's a chronology of the issues:
October 10, 2022: Main board malfunction (Service request made on October 6, 2022, with technicians arriving 4 days later during Adana's hot summer).
October 26, 2022: Display board malfunction and replacement.
Another display board error, followed by cooler door replacement.
July 10, 2024: Recurrence of display error code, cooling failure, and compressor not engaging.
Despite my request for a replacement, they've scheduled another technical team inspection for July 23, 2024. Nearly every part of this refrigerator has been replaced or serviced, and I no longer wish to use it.
I'm seeking your support in this matter. Due to these malfunctions, I've lost all my stored meat, milk, and yogurt in Adana's summer heat. We've been deprived of cold water, and most importantly, we have nowhere to store our food safely.
I urgently request your assistance in replacing this problematic refrigerator. The constant issues have caused significant inconvenience and financial loss.
