Vestel Installed My 24000 BTU AC Poorly Using Self-Tapping Screws Instead of Anchors
I just got a Vestel 24000 BTU air conditioner, but the installation on the roof of my third-floor apartment was a total mess. They installed the outdoor unit with only self-tapping screws, which definitely isn’t a secure method for this type of setup. I’m hoping Vestel will step up and ensure a safe and proper installation, as we’d expect from a brand with a good reputation. I’m looking for two things: (1) the installation to include anchors, and (2) four rubber feet for the outdoor unit stand. I'm confident that Vestel will handle this issue quickly and make sure the unit is mounted properly.
