Vestel 18000 BTU AC Blade Broke in a Year - I Got No Support
I bought a Vestel 18000 BTU air conditioner a year ago. The other day, when I pressed the power button on the remote, I heard a cracking sound. During startup, the tip of the swing blade broke. I called customer service, and they told me that breakages are not covered under warranty, claiming they are caused by the customer. They also said that if a technician comes, there will be a ₺600 inspection fee. I asked them to come and see how they determined it was customer-caused—am I supposed to be pulling on the blades? This air conditioner is only one year old and advertised with a 3-year warranty, yet it's sold for ₺45,000 on their website. I trusted the Vestel brand and bought two refrigerators (640 liters), a TV, a water heater, a washing machine, and two 18000 BTU air conditioners. One of the refrigerators was just installed yesterday, and now I’m considering returning it. Vestel has been a huge disappointment. I won’t let another Vestel product through my door, and I will tell everyone I know about this experience to make sure they don’t buy from Vestel either. What kind of customer service is this? I will also file a complaint with the Consumer Court. This is not what I expected from a brand like Vestel.

Vestel customer service called multiple times. But they did not provide any solutions or help in any way. After-sales service is zero. Everything is fine until the product is sold.
Vestel is a regret. The warranty does everything it can to avoid providing any service.
They did not take any action regarding my issue.
