Vestel Air Conditioner Installation Delay and Dissatisfaction
I received a scheduled day and time slot from the service for air conditioner installation (06/05/2023, between 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM). Stuck at home in 40-degree heat, waiting for the service to arrive, I couldn't leave. I called customer service twice, they promised to assist but never got back to me. An electrician arrived, but without the air conditioner, they couldn't install it and warned against improper installation. They advised against setting up the plumbing without the unit, as it could lead to problems. Eventually, I had to pay for the service and send them away. Despite not leaving home for a minute, I received a message at 5:24 PM saying they had arrived and found no one home. When I tried to call the service, they wouldn't answer. I contacted Vestel customer service, they assured they would follow up, but there has been no response, no service, and no air conditioner.
