I Bought a Vestel Air Conditioner But Installation Was Done Without Vacuuming

I recently had a Vestel air conditioner installed, and despite clearly warning the technicians multiple times, they activated the unit without performing the necessary vacuuming process. I later did my own research and discovered that skipping this step can lead to serious and irreversible damage to the system over time. As an end consumer, I feel completely misled and frustrated.

When I reached out to Vestel to report the issue and seek a resolution, they offered absolutely no support or solution. I requested a full refund, as the product is now technically defective due to improper installation. However, Vestel refuses to take responsibility or acknowledge the problem.

It’s unacceptable for a brand of this scale to show such disregard for quality service and customer protection. If vacuuming is essential for the longevity and safe operation of the device, it should be performed without exception—especially by Vestel-authorized personnel.

I feel completely let down by Vestel and urge others to be extremely cautious before purchasing their products. I demand that Vestel either replace my unit or issue a full refund for the damage caused by their careless installation process. This is not what I expected from a supposedly reputable company.
