Vestel Failed to Fix My 9000 BTU Air Conditioner Despite Multiple Repairs

My Vestel 9000 BTU air conditioner worked perfectly in cooling mode during the summer, but issues began when I switched to heating mode. At unpredictable times, the indoor unit fan would suddenly start running at an incredibly high speed, startling anyone asleep. I contacted Vestel customer service about the issue, and the indoor unit board was replaced first. The problem occurred again, so I called once more, and this time the indoor unit fan was replaced. The issue persisted, and after another call, the display was replaced. When the problem happened again, the entire indoor unit was replaced. Yet, the same issue occurred once more, so I opened a new service request. Will the outdoor unit be replaced this time? I regret choosing Vestel so much, thinking it would be reliable since it's a domestic product.

There hasn't been a response yet. I think it has been forwarded to the factory. Let's see if they will accept the defective product and offer a definite solution.

I'm looking for the Vestel center, but they don't have the current card delivery information that was given to me. The technical service is providing information that the card will be changed, as they have done before, based on their own judgment. I kindly request that someone authorized and knowledgeable contact me to understand the issue with the faulty air conditioner and apply a definitive solution as soon as possible. If you cannot understand and solve the issue, I would like a refund of the current price of the air conditioner.

We waited a long time for an updated card with the latest software from the factory, and it finally arrived. They came and installed the supposedly updated card that they claimed would definitely resolve the issue. But the exact same problem happened again at 6:28 AM on 1/27/2025 while I was asleep, causing me to wake up in fear. Despite multiple replacements of parts, cards, and finally the air conditioner itself, and even though the updated card claimed to fix the issue was changed, Vestel is an incompetent company that cannot solve a ridiculous problem. I regret my purchase so much. From this moment on, I will become a staunch Vestel adversary on social media and in my normal life, and I will never hesitate to share this experience. Immediately refund me the current value of this air conditioner and come and remove this pile of junk from my home and throw it away...

I want to write the result so that those who experience the same problem as me can see it. They couldn't solve the problem in any way and offered a higher model air conditioner. I absolutely refused and requested a refund. I was repeatedly told that the refund would be made at the invoice amount (June 2024 price) (supposedly because I did not accept the repair). I also repeatedly conveyed my request for a refund at the current price of the product. I wrote to the general managers via LinkedIn and email, and in the end, I completed this process by receiving a refund at the current February 2025 price on their own website instead of the invoice amount. Read my posts here from start to finish and decide for yourself whether you would buy a domestically produced Vestel air conditioner.
