Vestel Air Conditioner Installation Delay and Dissatisfaction
I received a scheduled day and time slot from the service for air conditioner installation (06/05/2023, between 3:00 PM ...- 5:00 PM). Stuck at home in 40-degree heat, waiting for the service to arrive, I couldn't leave. I called customer service twice, they promised to assist but never got back to me.
