Vestel Does Not Deliver My Air Conditioner


On June 5th, the service representatives took my faulty air conditioner to be repaired. On June 7th, at 09:39 a.m., I received a message stating that my AC repair was complete and that I would be contacted by service representatives for delivery. Since then, I have been calling three times per day. Every time I call, they assure me that they will deliver soon in the next time slot, citing reasons such as workload. When I mention that I've heard similar things before, they try to reassure me with phrases like "I'll prioritize your urgency, your complaint is very important." I've heard the same response at least ten times, and it always remains the same... What kind of madness is this? The AC repair was completed on Friday morning, June 7th, but today, June 10th, my AC is nowhere to be found! Where is my ac? I was patient at first, but no longer! My air conditioner appears to have been lost or damaged beyond repair. All I know is there has been no communication with the service for three days!
