I waited about a month for the installation of my Vestel inverter air conditioner. Only one week after the installation, it broke down and started showing the AD 93 error. Since this is a workplace, both my customers and my products are being seriously affected. This issue has been ongoing for 3 days, and due to the high temperature in the store, my products may be damaged. I contacted Vestel customer service, but I was told that the earliest appointment for repair could only be scheduled 3 days later. It is unacceptable to be kept waiting this long for a product that malfunctioned so soon and is under warranty. This is not a home but a business, and urgent intervention is required. I request immediate technical service support and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.

We have been experiencing problems for about 2 months with the installation and malfunctions of our Vestel brand air conditioner by the Ünalmiş Authorized Service in Ankara/Etimesgut. The installation of the air conditioner was not done properly and the malfunctions were not resolved by the service. The same issues have occurred multiple times. During this process, we also contacted Vestel customer service and were told that the situation was urgent, but no solution was provided.

Although our air conditioner is under warranty, we have been suffering for a long time. I request that the product be repaired and the problem be permanently resolved.
