Vestel Windsor Air Conditioner's Broken Remote and Poor Service

I bought a new Windsor air conditioner about 3-4 months ago and started using it about a month ago. Unfortunately, the remote control is broken, and I can't turn the air conditioner on or off. Contacting Vestel customer service has been a nightmare, with up to 20-minute wait times just to get through. When I finally spoke with someone and filed a complaint, they assured me that the authorized service would contact me soon. When the service team called, they casually mentioned that they would come out on Saturday, which was not convenient for me. They were rude and dismissive despite my request for a more convenient time. This Vestel experience has been very discouraging and I regret purchasing their product. It's disheartening to deal with such poor customer service and faulty products from a reputable brand like Vestel. I hope they act quickly to resolve this issue.
