I Waited 12 Days Without a Fridge as My Vestel NFK48001X Replacement Still Hasn’t Arrived
On July 12, 2025, I contacted Vestel customer service to report that my NFK48001X refrigerator had stopped cooling. A technician visited on July 14 and said the fridge needed to be taken to the workshop. He promised pickup within two days, but no one came. When I followed up by phone, they claimed no pickup had been scheduled and created a new appointment. A day later, the fridge was finally picked up.
Then came another delay—this time I had to wait three more days for approval for a replacement unit. Although approval was eventually granted, the new refrigerator has still not been delivered. I’ve repeatedly contacted the Vestel factory and customer service, but no one has provided a clear timeline—just repeated instructions to “wait.”
To make matters worse, they didn’t provide a temporary replacement fridge either, so I’ve been without refrigeration for 12 days in extreme summer heat. My service request number is 8112194583. I urgently request the immediate delivery of my replacement refrigerator and a full resolution to this unacceptable experience.

No one has contacted me and my refrigerator still hasn't arrived. The date I contacted the service was 12.07.2025. Today is 25.07.2025. There is not even any information given about when my refrigerator will arrive. Thank you Vestel. I will never buy any product of this brand again, even if it is given to me for free.
