We purchased a Vestel BM3121 dishwasher from the Doğubayazıt Vestel dealer. Although it was delivered as a brand-new product, the machine arrived with visible dents and cracks everywhere. The explanation given was that the damage may have happened during shipping from Manisa, and we were assured that a replacement unit would be sent.
After waiting 10 days, another dishwasher was delivered, but again it was in the same damaged condition. The store then suggested that we could keep the defective unit until another replacement was arranged. When we tried to use it just once, the dishwasher gave an F5 error after only three minutes of operation.
Instead of taking ownership, the branch simply redirected us, saying to “call the 0850 number and file a damage report.” We contacted customer service, but they only kept forwarding us around without offering a real solution. This has been extremely frustrating—especially since this is a brand-new, unused product and it is still under warranty.
The dishwasher was purchased on installments, with order number DOG2025000000350, and it has now been almost two weeks without a resolution. We are very disappointed to have been left in this situation and urgently want Vestel to take responsibility and resolve our grievance.
