Vestel NFk480 X A++ Refrigerator Keeps Breaking Down Every Year
I bought a Vestel NFk480 X A++ refrigerator in 2020, and it has been giving the same fault ever since. Every year, I’ve had to call the service team, and they keep replacing parts. Now, even the service technicians have started making excuses. The last time, in March, they took it to the workshop and replaced the motor. The refrigerator has been used by the service team more than by me. I’ve called them again, and I’m curious to see what excuse they’ll come up with this time. I’m now considering taking the issue to the Consumer Court.
