New Vestel Washing Machine Has Loud Drying Noise

I bought a Vestel washing machine, but sadly, my experience has not been what I thought it would be. The machine made a very loud noise every time it switched to drying mode, even the first time I used it. I knew this wasn't normal, so I called Vestel's official service. The technician casually said, "This is normal, sir," as if I was overreacting, which surprised me. I felt let down when I heard that answer because I had put my money into a brand I thought I could trust. They didn't help me; they just ignored the problem, and now I have a machine that doesn't work right. I'm writing this so that other people don't have to deal with the same problem. I really think Vestel should take responsibility and find a fair way to help customers like me.
