Vestel 9601 Dryer Loud Rumbling Noise From First Use - No Service Solution

I purchased a Vestel 9601 drying machine and from the very first drying cycle it started to make a strong rumbling noise. This problem has been present since the first use and clearly does not feel like a normal operating sound for a new machine. I contacted Vestel service about the issue, but they stated that this rumbling is normal and did not take any action to solve the problem. As a customer, I do not find it acceptable that a brand‑new product makes such a disturbing noise and that my complaint is dismissed in this way. I request that my Vestel 9601 drying machine, which has been rumbling since the first use, be replaced with a properly functioning one or that the product be taken back and my payment refunded.

Instead of providing a solution, your solution center preferred to say there is no problem. Everyone is deaf, blind, and mute. It's called a solution center, but it doesn't produce solutions. I ask them to send another technician, they say no. I ask them to take the product and examine it, they say no. I say let me send a voice recording, they say no. Please do not give misleading answers here as if the issue has been resolved. Do not mislead people.
