Vestel AO-65104 S-dg Built-In Hob Suddenly Exploded and Shattered

I purchased and began using the Vestel Built-in Hob AO-65104 S-dg about four years ago. Today, without anything unusual happening, the hob suddenly exploded and completely shattered. Thankfully, no one was injured and no additional damage occurred. After the incident, I contacted Vestel customer service, but they only offered a paid service option. Although the warranty has expired, I do not believe such a serious and dangerous malfunction is caused by user error. I expect Vestel to repair or replace the product free of charge. The serial number of the unit is 08746451008833180010. I request immediate assistance regarding this issue.
