My Vestel dishwasher, only a few months old, is failing to clean and rinse dishes properly. Additionally, serious cosmetic flaws are emerging, for which we bear no responsibility whatsoever. It's peeling here, scratching there; areas are chipping off, without any physical impact or abuse on our part. Recently, it started giving an "FF" error, and I'm truly fed up with this product. They said they would replace the cover due to cosmetic reasons, but I've still been experiencing the same error lately, which is a significant problem. So, I requested a replacement, which was denied. I'm requesting a replacement again; otherwise, you'll have to take back this product along with the labor I've invested in dealing with its issues, be informed. I can't keep up with its malfunctions and its fragility, let me tell you. Similarly, I've been experiencing serious issues with other Vestel products. I've recently started dealing with the dishwasher. Apart from my plumbing issue, dealing with the dishwasher malfunction is seriously getting on my nerves. I urgently demand a response. I expect the issue to be resolved within a few days this week; it's the only week I can deal with these problems, nonsense, and absurdities. Nevertheless, it will have to be replaced again, but this time, we'll do it through legal means, be informed.
