Vestel KM 10701 G Dryer - Fire Hazard, Still Not Drying! Multiple Failed Repairs

I have been experiencing constant issues with my Vestel KM 10701 G dryer since the day I bought it. The device repeatedly shows error warnings, and although several parts have been replaced multiple times, the problems have never been resolved. Most recently, the dryer ran for 4 hours on a 2-hour program and failed to dry the clothes at all. What’s more concerning is that this happened while I was out of the house — had I not manually stopped it, who knows how long it would have kept running or what might have happened if it caused a fire? This possibility has made me extremely uneasy, and I no longer trust the machine. After the latest part replacement, another issue appeared: the dryer now stops after just 20 minutes, showing “end,” but the clothes remain wet. I contacted Vestel’s authorized service and within 16 days, two part replacements were made. However, it later turned out that the first part wasn’t actually defective, meaning the device was unnecessarily opened due to an incorrect diagnosis. Despite all this, the malfunction still persists. I requested a replacement for the device, but my request was denied. Since I don’t have a balcony, I rely on this dryer, and I haven’t been able to do laundry for 16 days. The brand’s response has been far from constructive, and my grievance continues. My device is still under warranty (valid until July 2027), and I haven’t paid any additional fees. Considering everything I’ve gone through, I am requesting a full replacement of my machine.
