Vestel CMI 108222 Washing Machine Constant Faults and Motor Breakdown

In July 2023, I bought a CMI 108222 model washing machine from the Vestel dealer in Fatsa, Ordu. The machine arrived broken during the first installation, and while it was replaced, the issue was recorded in the system as if it was my fault. Since then, I have been constantly experiencing problems with the machine. After every wash, the clothes come out excessively wrinkled and stained. I have contacted Vestel customer service and the service team many times (15–20 times), and although the service team has visited several times, they dismissed it by saying “there is no problem.” They repeatedly asked me for photos and videos to prove the issue, and I sent them all, but I never received any proper feedback. The service claims they checked it, but they never shared any photos or videos with me. Later, the motor of the machine also broke down. I requested a replacement, but they told me only the motor part could be changed, not the entire machine. I have not been satisfied with this machine from day one, and the problems have been continuous. I purchased all of my home appliances from Vestel, and this situation has caused me serious difficulties. I had similar issues with my refrigerator before, and the service team came multiple times. I am now tired of this neglect and careless approach. Even though my washing machine is under warranty, these ongoing problems remain unresolved. I demand a solution, especially the replacement of the machine, and I expect a clear and permanent resolution from Vestel.
