Vestel Washing Machine Tearing Clothes Every Wash, No Solution Given

My Vestel washing machine has been tearing my clothes in every wash for about two months. This problem has occurred repeatedly, and I have contacted Vestel customer service many times, but no solution has been provided. Although my machine is still under warranty, the authorized service came but did not carry out any repairs—they simply said there was no problem and left. Since the issue keeps happening with every wash, I have suffered both financially and emotionally. I bought the machine from the Vestel Şemdinli Branch, and the invoice/warranty number is 00787669995413370001. Despite filing numerous complaints, the problem has not been resolved, so I am now requesting either a replacement machine or a full refund. I kindly ask for my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.

You have not responded for exactly two weeks. No one has called me, and despite writing everywhere and calling Vestel Customer Service every day, I have not received a response. Even though I stated that my situation is urgent, that I am washing my clothes at my neighbors’ house, and that I have a small child at home so I often have dirty clothes, there has still been no response. When will you get back to me? Why is it so difficult to take care of this even though I said it was urgent?
