Vaillant Combi Boiler Warranty Problem
I renewed the warranty for my Vaillant Combi boiler a year ago. Today, when the service technician came, they told me that the pump needed to be replaced, and luckily, it's covered by the warranty. However, the dealer said they wanted 3500 TL to install the new unit. Why do I have to pay for a product that comes with a warranty? My plumbing and other components are all fine; the issue is with the Vaillant combi boiler itself.
