Vaillant ecoTEC Intro Combi Boiler ''f20-f23'' Error Codes

I use Vaillant ecoTEC Intro. We are in its 3rd year, and the problems start as soon as the warranty expires. The combi boiler was leaking water, its pressure was constantly dropping. They said the heat exchanger would be changed, they paid 3400 TL and replaced it, and there was no problem in that regard. I told my friends who came that the bath water constantly gets cold and hot, sometimes it gets cold and not even hot. They said they changed this, and it would be fine, and left without looking at anything else. Less than a week later, half of the radiators started not heating up, and I started getting f23-f20 errors, which couldn't be fixed without a reset. We called the service again; the people who came were different. There was a small filter; he said it was dirty and clogged, he cleaned it, and the problem went away! And the friend who came before him could not change the heat exchanger without removing this filter, so I understood that he did not clean this dirt even though he saw it. I said, the water in the bathroom is getting colder and warmer, and he said it will pass. The other day, I took a shower, and guess what, yes, while I was soapy, the water started to get cold and warm, so I quickly rinsed and got out. I am currently in the 3rd week after the first repair, and half of the radiators are cold again. Yesterday I checked it and it gives an error of f20 - today it gives an error of f23. You reset it and it gets better, but half of the radiators are cold now. You make mistakes at night and usually wake up cold in the morning. I looked on the internet, and the first place to look is sensors, but none of those who have come so far have looked at that. Everyone who comes says "this is here" and does something and leaves. It doesn't last a week. I will call again tomorrow. If you don't have an employee who knows how to do this job properly, I can learn by looking on the internet and get a job. At least I don't have to invite myself to the same place 3 times in 3 weeks. I am writing from Turkey.

About 3-4 hours ago, I called Vaillant customer service, and they took my fault report. They said they would record it as urgent and that I would be contacted. I'm waiting, hopefully.

Sure, here is the translation of the text from Turkish to English: "Another 2 hours have passed, it's slowly getting evening, no one is calling or asking. What would have happened if the lady on the phone hadn't saved it as urgent?"

Sure, here is the translated text: "Yes, no one called or asked. They called from the headquarters yesterday, they said they will come tomorrow and apologized. I am waiting today, let's hope for the best."

Sure, here is the translated text: Yes, let me update you on the developments. A friend came and looked at it; the filter was clogged again, he cleaned it but said it could get clogged again. Since the warranty has expired, he asked for a 500 TL service fee, which we didn't pay, so he said they wouldn't come and check it again. The replaced heat exchanger has a 1-year warranty, and he said they wouldn't check it if something happens to it. We agreed to that. After paying an exorbitant price of around 3400 TL for the heat exchanger, what is it to ask for 500 TL just for cleaning the filter? He had said that if it gets clogged again, we could call and they would come and clean it, and we would pay another 500 TL, maybe a week later, whenever it gets clogged. It's a charity here. 500-500. Thank you, but a lot of expenses came up in less than 2 months, and if we heated with electricity, it would have cost the same for the whole winter.

Since this machine was first installed, there have been issues and service calls. Anyway, the result is that the filter has been cleaned, just like it was a week or 10 days ago.
