It hasn't been a month or so, I called the Daikin authorized service. The combi we had installed about 1.5 years ago stopped working with af and cl errors. The service came and couldn't detect any faults. They asked me for a ₺900 service fee for a product with a warranty because they couldn't detect any faults. As if I was the reason they couldn't detect the fault. The combi is giving af faults again and it's not working right now. We're sitting in the cold. I took a photo of the combi with the fault code and sent it to the service. ''You're asking for payment without resolving any problems. The product is a product with a warranty. Look, the combi is still not working. You said there was nothing wrong with the combi. I searched the internet and this brand is constantly giving faults, this af and cl fault. Even the services can't solve it. If you can solve this problem, solve it or we will probably solve it with the Consumer Arbitration Board.'' I wrote these under the photo. In response to me; ''Hello good day, when our team arrived, the device worked and the error did not appear, you were asked for a service fee because of this, there is no fault we could not solve, we will find a solution to your fault, but in these problems we mentioned, the venturi section, chimney section, siphon boiler, plate heat exchanger cleanings must also be done, there is a general maintenance fee of ₺3,500, when we checked in the system, the annual maintenance is not shown, we will order the parts to be changed under warranty and replace them, we will not charge them any fee'' they wrote. I also added the screenshots of these here. In short, I wrote this complaint here so that people stay away from the Daikin brand. I will complain to the Consumer Arbitration Board about them and return the combi. They are asking me for money as if I am obliged to have a 1.5 year old combi maintained, for a faulty combi with a warranty. But I will not let them eat my money, I will get it back with legal interest, I will return my money and the goods... Even if they say let's install a brand new combi, I will not look at them in the face. Look at this disgrace, this is just another version of shooting someone.

Daikin central says a service will come, but it doesn't. I call Daikin central saying no one has come, and they tell me that the service didn't come because you didn't request maintenance for the boiler. I say, first identify the fault in the boiler, and if maintenance is needed, we'll have it done. After all, the product you sold as guaranteed is currently faulty, and we are sitting in the cold. They say okay, we are directing the service, but still, the service doesn't come. Why? Because the service is trying to secure the maintenance fee first. In other words, if I were to say okay, I'll pay a 3500 TL maintenance fee for a 1-year-old boiler, they would come and fix the fault in the boiler. Because I refused the maintenance fee, the Daikin authorized service doesn't even come to check the boiler to identify the fault. I say maybe a 1-year-old boiler doesn't need maintenance, first find out the cause of the fault, but it's in vain. In short, stay away from all kinds of products from the Daikin brand! I am taking this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee... No one can unjustly take my money...
