PhonePe Deducts Money but 4rabet Balance Never Updates
Since January 8, I have been experiencing an issue with a UPI deposit made to the 4rabet platform from India. On that date, I deposited $48 to 4rabet using the PhonePe application, and the amount was successfully debited from my account. The transaction reference/UTR number for this payment is 123185998346. Although the money was deducted from my PhonePe account, 4rabet has informed me that the deposit amount has not reached their merchant account and is still not reflected in my 4rabet balance. As a result, I am stuck between the payment app and the merchant, even though I have already provided all transaction details. I request that this missing deposit be urgently investigated and that either my 4rabet account be credited with $48 or the full amount be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also request a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction so that similar issues do not occur again in the future.
