Carrefour Parafour Wallet Prevents Credit Card Refunds
I loaded money from my credit card into the CarrefourSA Parafour Wallet application and made a purchase. After completing the purchase, I realized that I could not transfer the remaining balance in the wallet back to my credit card and that the application does not offer any option to refund the loaded balance to the card. I find it extremely unfair and against consumer interests that customers are forced to keep their own money locked inside this wallet system. The fact that the remaining balance can only be spent again at CarrefourSA effectively turns the customer’s money into a form of forced financing for the company. I request that the balance in my Parafour Wallet be refunded to the same credit card upon my request, and if this is not possible, that this system be urgently reviewed and revised in favor of the customer and that the inconvenience and loss I have experienced due to this application be properly addressed.
Do not call me, I wrote this complaint to warn all customers! I reported you to the Ministry of Trade! Grow up, fix your app! This wallet app of the badly managed company called Carrefour, in my understanding, is a maliciously designed application that holds customers' money hostage and forcibly keeps it to provide financing to the company!
