I purchased a product from Utopian Store, but it was completely unusable because it shed excessively. When I reached out for a return or exchange, they outright refused, claiming they don’t accept returns—even for a faulty item! Instead of standing behind their products, they offered zero support. On top of that, the store manager was unbelievably rude, speaking in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, making me feel like I was being kicked out instead of helped. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a brand before! If Utopian expects customers to trust their products, they need to honor returns for defective items and train their staff to treat customers with respect!
