CVwizard Unauthorised Debit Order Cancellation And Refund Request

On 7 February 2026, an amount of R299 was debited from my Capitec account by CV Wizard as a recurring payment, even though I did not authorise any subscription or ongoing charges with this company. This is the first time such a debit has occurred, and I was not informed clearly about any recurring payment terms. I request that this payment of R299 be fully refunded, that any subscription or account that may have been created in my name be cancelled immediately, and that all future debits from CV Wizard be blocked. I also ask for written confirmation once the refund has been processed and the cancellation and blocking of further charges have been completed.
