Utopian Next Level Refund Still Not Processed After a Month

I purchased three items from the Utopian Next Level store and returned one of them. It has been over a month, and I still haven’t received my refund! I contacted the store, and they told me they would check with accounting and call me back. But no one ever called, and I’m being completely ignored. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable! How long does it take to process a simple refund? I paid my money expecting fair service, not to be left waiting endlessly. If my refund is not issued immediately, I will take legal action. Utopian needs to fix its customer service and honor its refund policy instead of leaving customers frustrated and without their money!
