Instagram Support Fails to Recover Account With Personal Data

After deleting my Instagram account, I reinstalled the app some time later, but I can no longer access my account. My username is esmaaa.n7r. I do not remember my password, and the phone number I used when creating the account is no longer active, so the login verification code is being sent to a phone number I no longer have access to. I also no longer have access to the email address linked to the account. I have been unable to access my account since January 30, 2026.

I tried to get help by following the “I can’t log in” steps in the app, but none of the options resolved the issue, and I was unable to recover my account. Since my account contains personal data and memories, this situation has caused me significant distress. I request that security checks be performed, that I be asked to complete identity verification, and that access to my Instagram account with the username esmaaa.n7r be restored after the necessary reviews are completed.
