In my U24830271318390 order from U.S. Polo Assn., the product with UPS tracking number 1Z9449E76803638263 was returned to the seller without being delivered, yet my order page incorrectly shows it as "delivered."
The U.S. Polo Assn. customer representative claimed over the phone that it was delivered, providing false information. I urgently request the status to be corrected to "returned" and a refund to be processed.
If no action is taken promptly, I regret to inform you that I will be forced to exercise my legal rights. I eagerly await your urgent response.
