I Face Wrong Delivery Issue with UPS Package Given to Another Person

On August 15, my UPS shipment with tracking number 1Z892ER96804704922 was marked as delivered, but it was handed over to a person I do not know, listed as Y** K*****.** I never received my package, and no details about the contents or delivery were provided to me. This is highly concerning because the shipment was clearly addressed to me, yet it was given to a stranger without my authorization.
Since this happened on a Friday, I could not reach UPS over the weekend because no staff were available to answer my calls or provide clarification. This lack of communication and accountability has left me without my package and with no clear explanation of where it actually is.
If the shipment truly belongs to me, I request that UPS deliver it directly to me without further delay. If it does not belong to me, then my name should immediately be removed from this delivery record. Customers should not have to deal with errors of this scale from a global logistics company.
I expect UPS to urgently investigate this case, locate my package, and resolve my grievance without pushing the burden back onto the customer.
