UPS Marked My Technological Item as Delivered but I Never Received It

My package with tracking number 1ZC337R06859567425 was marked as "delivered" on 28.11.2024, but I have yet to receive it. I’ve reached out to UPS customer service and the local branch since November 29, 2024, but my issue remains unresolved. The courier claims the package was delivered, but I can't find any trace of it. The package includes an important tech item, and this situation has led to considerable stress and hassle for me. I anticipated a higher level of accountability from UPS, but the failure to resolve the issue is simply unacceptable. It's important that this issue gets addressed and resolved promptly. Not only is the loss of this item a financial burden, but it has also thrown my plans into disarray. I trust that UPS will address this issue with the seriousness it deserves.
