I’ve reached out to UPS customer service and the local branch since November 29, 2024, but my issue remains unresolved. The courier claims the package was delivered, but I can't find any trace of it. The package includes an important tech item, and this situation has led to considerable stress and hassle for me. I anticipated a higher level of accountability from UPS, but the failure to resolve the issue is simply unacceptable. It's important that this issue gets addressed and resolved promptly.
