Although I stayed home all day to receive it, the tracking status falsely claims “recipient not home.” This is simply untrue, as I have not left the house, yet my package still has not been delivered. I am fed up with UPS’s lack of reliability and false claims. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I request immediate assistance to resolve it.
