My eBay Return Shipment Disappeared and the Seller Hasn’t Refunded Me

I returned the product I purchased from eBay, but for some reason, the shipment is now missing. The shipping company claims that the item is not showing up in their system, while the seller says they will issue a refund once the item arrives. However, I have no way of knowing whether the seller has already received the product or not.

In short, the current location of the package is unclear, and I have not received my refund.

My tracking number is EEUS018460886TR0, and I request an immediate investigation into where my return package is and for my refund to be processed as soon as possible.
