UPS Lost My Customized Jersey Gift

On June 14th, I placed an order for a personalized jersey for my partner's birthday. The jersey arrived on June 22nd, but I noticed that the number "2" on the right side of the number "22" was raised. During the Eid holiday, when we went to our hometown, we didn't even remove the tags from the jersey and contacted Fenerium on June 25th to have the printing fixed. They informed me that they wouldn't take responsibility if I sent it through another company and suggested using UPS for shipping. However, when I went to UPS, they were closed due to the holiday. I called them and they said they could send a courier to pick up the package starting from July 3rd. We followed their instructions and on July 3rd, my partner called a courier from Kırklareli Babaeski district, using the A2320E code I received from Fenerium, to pick up the jersey with the sender name "B*m." The courier stated that all the information was on his side, took the package, but I never received any tracking code. On July 7th, when I called UPS, they said they received a package from me but couldn't locate it. They asked for my tracking number, said they would have to call me back, and hung up. When I called again on July 10th, they said they still didn't have any information by the end of the working hours, and they would request the tracking code again, advising me to call them back before the evening. Around 4:00 PM, I called again and they hung up on me three times. I called again, waited for 20 minutes, reached a customer representative, but they said they couldn't hear me and hung up. Despite the difficulties, I persisted and called repeatedly until I exceeded 120 minutes in a week, finally managing to establish communication. They informed me that they couldn't find the package and would conduct a search within the Kırklareli province, but then they said they couldn't hear me and hung up on me again. Today, on July 11th, at around 3 PM, I called UPS again. They told me that they couldn't find my package because they hadn't provided me with a tracking number before, and they created a new request. This is my 4th request, and I don't even know what I'm requesting anymore. I never imagined that buying a custom-printed jersey from Fenerium would be this difficult. Furthermore, I didn't expect that even an international company like UPS wouldn't provide a tracking number and that their agreement with Fenerium would be so poor.
