UPS Failed to Deliver Beymen Order to My Address
I purchased a product from Beymen, which was shipped via UPS Turkey. Early in the morning, I received a call stating my package was out for delivery but that my address wasn’t part of their delivery area. I live in Aydın/Kuşadası—not in a remote village or an inaccessible area. All other courier companies deliver to my address without issues, yet UPS claimed otherwise.
Despite agreeing to meet at a mutual location for the delivery, I’ve spent the entire day trying to track down my package and chasing after the delivery driver. Hours later, my order is still not in my hands. Even after filing a complaint with UPS customer service, nothing has been resolved.
This level of service is unacceptable. I expect UPS to deliver my package promptly and to address this recurring issue in their delivery process.
