Fenerium and UPS Failed My Jacket Return – Refund Still Not Processed
On 01/08/2025, I received a jacket (product code: TK115CFK01407) ordered from the Fenerium online store. Since it was too small, I created a return request within 3–4 days.
The issue started because in Şarköy/Tekirdağ, where I live, there is no UPS branch. I expected UPS to pick up the product from my address. The first time they came, I wasn’t at home. After that, despite my repeated calls and their repeated promises of “we’ll come tomorrow,” UPS never came to pick up the jacket.
Now it’s been almost 3 weeks, and because the return period expired, I was left stuck with the jacket, even though I tried to return it in time. UPS Turkey support created a request and said they would closely follow it up, but I never heard back.
This situation is unacceptable:
UPS failed to collect the return despite multiple requests.
Fenerium’s customer service was unreachable, and their return policies are confusing and unclear.
I even tried requesting a size change, but the jacket was out of stock.
I paid by credit card, and I demand that:
UPS and Fenerium honor my valid return request,
The jacket be collected immediately,
My refund be processed without further delay.
