I ordered a tunic from İnza Moda, but since the product didn’t fit me, I returned it the very next day to exchange it. It’s been about a week since I sent the return, yet I still haven’t received the replacement product. My UPS tracking number is 1Z730V3W6800100061, and I can see that the package is being held at a UPS Türkiye branch in Osmaniye. Although the system says it’s “out for delivery,” it has not been delivered to me.
When I contacted İnza Moda, they simply provided me with the tracking number and told me to follow it myself. When I mentioned that I couldn’t reach the courier, they said there was no order visible under my name and didn’t offer any further explanation. I paid for the product in cash and upfront, and I still have our message history and proof of payment.
I also tried reaching UPS Türkiye customer service, but I haven’t been able to get any response. I demand that my product be delivered to me as soon as possible and that this issue be resolved immediately.
