I've been trying to get in touch with UPS for the past few days because they haven't delivered the product that I ordered, despite the fact that Apple indicated that the expected delivery date was today. I called the customer service department several times throughout the day, and each time, the representative assured me that I would receive my order today; however, guess what? It was never seen again. Totally and completely absurd! They just keep their customers waiting at the address all day without any explanation, which is shame on me for dealing with such an unreliable cargo company. I would strongly advise nobody else to ever use UPS.
