I Ordered from Apple but UPS Won’t Deliver My Product Despite Correct Address

I placed an order through Apple, and the package was handed off to UPS for delivery. However, despite the tracking showing it’s with them, the item still hasn’t arrived. When I checked the system, it stated “incomplete address,” but I double-checked—the address is 100% correct.
I called UPS customer service and had to wait forever just to speak to someone. The representative even told me, “You can hang up and call back later if you want,” which I found dismissive and unhelpful. After finally getting through, they kept repeating the same excuse: “The address is wrong.” I kept explaining that it isn’t.
Then they said my phone number was missing, which also wasn’t true. I gave it to them again. Their only solution? “Call Apple.” But the package is with UPS, not Apple anymore, and UPS refuses to deliver the product or return it to Apple.
So now I’m stuck with no product, no delivery, and zero accountability from UPS, while Apple can’t help either. I expect either UPS to deliver the item immediately or for Apple to issue a refund. I shouldn’t be chasing a package because of UPS’s internal failures.
