I am extremely frustrated with UPS's lack of reliability. For over a week now, I've been waiting for UPS to pick up my return package. Every time I contact customer service, they assure me the package will be collected that day, yet no one ever shows up. I’m running out of time for my return deadline, and I’m worried about losing my refund because of this delay. If UPS cannot commit to their promised pick-up schedule, I want to know what they plan to do if my return period expires. I need immediate action and clear communication from UPS to resolve this ongoing issue before my return deadline passes.
