Apple Orders Delayed Due to UPS No-Show, Requesting Immediate Delivery
I ordered two Apple products, but UPS has been causing endless frustration. Yesterday, on October 23 at 5:30 PM, I was notified that my package couldn’t be delivered, with a new delivery date set for November 1. I work at a school and leave at 4:15 PM, so I checked the security footage to see if UPS had actually tried to deliver the package. To my surprise, there was no sign of any UPS delivery attempt, and even the security personnel confirmed that UPS didn’t come by at all. The UPS facility is only a five-minute walk away—there’s simply no reason for this delay. Apple, please intervene and ensure UPS delivers my package today!
