UPS Delivered My Package to the Wrong Person Without Authorization

My package was delivered to someone I don't know and they didn't ask for a delivery code. I tried to explain the situation to their customer service representative multiple times, but they only told me that the package had already been delivered to the recipient. I cannot accept this as the package had valuable items and I am unaware of its current location. I haven't received any updates from them even though it's been more than 24 hours. I have been told by the courier, branch, and customer service representatives that they will investigate and get back to me, but I haven't received any updates yet. If necessary, I will monitor the situation and take legal action against the UPS branch, courier, and customer service. I request a timely solution to this matter.
