UPS Delivered My Package to the Wrong Person Without Notification or Verification
Since December 4, my UPS package has been marked as "out for delivery." I planned to refuse the delivery, but today, while no one was home, the package was marked as delivered to someone else, with a status of "received by the recipient." Who accepted it, and why wasn’t I informed?
This is unacceptable. UPS lacks a proper security system—no SMS notifications, no name or verification code required at the time of delivery. Now I am left to track down my package and deal with the return process, which is an unnecessary hassle.
UPS must provide an immediate explanation, locate my package, and ensure a secure and transparent delivery process moving forward.
