Today I was expecting an important package via UPS, and I stayed home the entire day to receive it. The package was marked as "out for delivery," so I made sure not to leave the house at all. However, no one rang the doorbell, no one called me, and yet UPS marked the shipment as “recipient unreachable” and returned it to the branch.
This is completely unacceptable. The contents of the package were urgently needed today, and now I’m left without the items I paid for—through no fault of my own. I did everything I could to ensure delivery, but UPS failed to even attempt proper contact.
I demand an immediate resolution to this issue. My package must be redelivered without delay, and UPS needs to take accountability for not making any real attempt to reach me before falsely reporting a failed delivery.
